If you have these conditions:
😐 1. Things have to wait until the last minute to get done. Usually doing it at the last minute is worse.
😐 2. Because of the pressure, things to do are always delayed.
😐 3. I know it's not good to procrastinate like this, but I just don't have the courage to do it.
😐 4. Be confident about the next day before going to bed at night, and start worrying again when you wake up in the morning.
😐 5. Originally set a goal, today's things must be completed. As a result, when I think of this goal, my limbs are weak and my whole body is uncomfortable.
😐 6. Even if you've already started planning for the day, you'll be instantly distracted. After two minutes of serious work, I started thinking about what time it was, and then did two hours of unrelated things.
